Welcome to Cliniaura, a platform owned and operated by Pharmalink Clinical Research Services LLP (“Pharmalink”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website, courses, and hiring portal, you enter into an agreement with Pharmalink and agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Agreement to Terms
By registering an account as a student, professional, or employer, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately terminate use of our platform.
2. Account Security & Eligibility
You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Employers registering accounts must represent valid corporate entities subject to verification.
3. Proctored Exams & Academic Integrity
To obtain a verified Cliniaura Score, students must complete final assessments under strict proctoring conditions. You agree that:
- You will not use external resources, notes, secondary screens, or receive assistance from other individuals.
- You authorize the platform to perform camera validation checks and track focus loss metrics.
- Any detected academic dishonesty, exam leaking, or cheating will result in an immediate score of zero, loss of enrollment credentials, and permanent account suspension without refund.
4. Course Fees, Unlocks, & Billing
All prices for certifications (e.g. PTE, CDM, TB) are listed in INR. Transactions are processed securely. Employer accounts receive free resume credit unlocks upon registration; subsequent unlocks are subject to our billing policies. Course fees are non-refundable once the course content modules have been accessed.
5. Proprietary Rights
Cliniaura, its platform technology, branding, and all materials—including video lectures, slide sets, questions, exam engines, source code, and design files—are owned by or licensed to Pharmalink Clinical Research Services LLP. You may not distribute, copy, reproduce, or resell any part of our services without prior written approval from Pharmalink.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cliniaura makes no warranties regarding job placements or specific hiring outcomes. We provide verified score credentials and matching capabilities, but the final hiring decision rests solely with the registered employers.
7. Governing Entity & Contact
